PROJECT:
The Cygnion Corporation launches the CyberGenie PC Cordless Phone
System at the Consumer Electronic Show.
OBJECTIVE:
Create an atmosphere of interest and excitement in an
overcrowded venue. Stand-out from the homogenous presentations at CES.
Bring a sense of fun and humor to the product.
SOLUTION:
Braintrust Media Services created a ten minute stage show that
would run once an hour, every hour of CES. The show featured a costumed G
enie who was disorganized and disgruntled – granting the audience wishes
wrongly and late but with hilarity. Utilizing a 100-square foot video
screen, the audience was then introduced to a beautiful, organized Genie
who straightened out problems with the use of the CyberGenie PC Cordless
Phone System. A full demo of the product was shown using the beautiful Genie
as a presenter, complete with green screen shot of her flying on a carpet
and lounging in her bottle.
RESULT:
The combination of improvisational humor, consumer-friendly information
delivery and upbeat energy of the CyberGenie show led to capacity crowds at e
very showing, an award for Best Presentation at CES and presales of the
CyberGenie product that reached almost a million units.
